HQ Course Description: We have all seen the amazing Wonder Woman conquering evil, stomping out stereotypes, while balancing that thin line between warrior princess and diplomate. In recent years in part due to the amazing Black Panther movie many more of us learned of another role model - Shuri - the princess of Wakanda and scientist scholar who fights in the lab as well as on the battlefield. These are just two examples of amazing female superhero princesses that will help guide our ideas during this HQ Course.
Keeping it both fun and empowering this physical course positively reinforces the superhero in each of us. Like the grace of a dancer, the balance of a gymnast and the moves of a fencer - you will discover the peaceful depth of the warrior princess. We want you to get exercise, while working on your eye-hand coordination, and taking breaks to learn more about the other wonder women who have done quite super things.
Taught by a professional stage combat instructor from the respected Sordelet, Inc. school, is someone who has worked with other young girls before as a mentor and coach. She has worked with actors in both movies and on the stage and now teaches this important HQ course with a focus toward the young person who is curious how a warrior princess was trained in the use of the sword and dagger. Sword discipline, combined with fitness, diet and nutrition as well as the Princess code of ethics toward kindness will be taught.
